Three Sixteen Foundation, Inc was born out of a cry for help from the 3:16 Charity Golf Tournament. The Initial 3:16 Charity Golf Tournament was the following of a Divine Directive to hold a golf Tournament on the Last Monday of September 2025 and it will be called the 3:16 Tournament. I took this directive to a Men’s Group from Church, a group of Men who have a fellowship bond based on common faith in Jesus Christ as our one and only Savior and Golf DeWayne Silberhorn, President – Three Sixteen Foundation, Inc.

To make the Three Sixteen Charity Golf Tournament the premier faith-driven charitable golf event in Marion County — a day where the Ocala community comes together on the course to fund and celebrate the work of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and where every player, sponsor, and volunteer leaves having invested in young lives.
Mission
The Three Sixteen Foundation, Inc. exists to raise meaningful, sustainable funding for FCA's ministry to athletes, coaches, and communities through a first-class charity golf tournament rooted in faith, fellowship, and service.
Purpose
The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for religious, charitable, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") (or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law).

About the Tournament
The 3:16 Charity Golf Tournament brings golfers, local businesses, and community partners together for a day of competition, fellowship, and giving. Through sponsorships, raffles, and on-course activities, the tournament raises funds to support the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and its work with athletes and coaches.
Our Vision for the Tournament
Our vision is to grow the tournament into an annual tradition that brings the golf community together for a greater purpose. By building lasting relationships with local courses, sponsors, and supporters, we hope to expand our impact and create more opportunities to support faith, community, and giving.
Tournament Operations
The tournament is made possible by a dedicated group of volunteers who help coordinate sponsorships, course partnerships, raffle opportunities, event logistics, and tournament-day activities. Working alongside the 3:16 Foundation, the team helps ensure every part of the event is organized with purpose and focused on creating a great experience for players, sponsors, and supporters.
